  • Post-Warranty: Provide all hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, and technical support, including email and telephone support, software system upgrades, and periodic on-site services by our engineers. We guarantee lifelong repair services with materials and parts supplied at cost price.

  • During warranty period, if equipment issues occur, we will respond within 2 hours after receiving written notification from user and arrive at equipment site within 36 hours (excluding transit time), preparing necessary spare parts for equipment repair whenever possible.

We commit to the above warranty services when customers encounter performance failures during normal use.
